I purchased my new vehicle from Sid Dillon back in 2017 and had a great car buying experience with them. Since owning the vehicle, there have been a couple times where due to convenience, I have taken my vehicle into a closer chevy dealership for a few things, and the experience is never the same. Since then, I have determined that it is absolutely worth it to make the drive out to Fremont for anything I need. They are honest, professional, and thorough. I recently had a couple issues with my vehicle, and they navigated through the extended warranty process for me, advocated to get the proper repairs done, and ensured that my vehicle was well taken care of. Doug in the service department did an outstanding job of keeping me updated throughout the process and ensuring that the extended warranty company covered the repairs that needed to be made. I feel like great customer service has started to become a rarity, but not at Sid Dillon! They pride themselves on it and it shows in every interaction you have. I can't recommend them enough!
My 93 year father was due to turn in his lease. We made an appointment to go in and talk to them about his options. We were met at the door by our sales rep and a financial advisor. Very impressed with the low pressure sale my dad received. He felt absolutely comfortable with his decision to lease a new vehicle. The pros and cons were carefully laid out for him making it easy for him to come to that decision. We will definitely buy from Sid Dillion Fremont in the future!

Well my running boards are beautiful,(Christmas gift from our children and a few grand kiddos ... but when I got into my truck, my truck had a clear plastic mostly drank cup of water in the console cup holder(not mine). My KC-Chiefs tailgate plug was also sitting in the console... was anxious to take photos for children not present to see the new addition to our beautiful truck but the truck was dirty. So... yes we love and are thankful for the running boards. But we did not get the same VIP treatment we had when we took the truck in for broken windshield.
I had ordered 2 new tires for my vehicle and also made an appointment for service 2 weeks in advance. I received a reminder text about my appointment a couple of days prior to the appointment. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks.
